Our Mission is to empower our clients to become successful loan applicants and future homeowners through effective counseling regarding credit and finances; discussing with them the importance of budgeting, living within their means, and both: getting and remaining out of debt.
Our Promise.
The Loan Coach promises we will act with integrity. We will use our expertise to prepare consumers to be responsible loan recipients. We will obey the law. We will encourage individual accountability in all monetary matters. We cannot guarantee a loan approval upon applying with a lender. We will thoughtfully and professionally approach every client with respect in creating a personalized plan for them to be best positioned for the opportunity of receiving one. We will work with those we believe foster ethical home buying practices. We will extend ourselves in a spirit of trust and cooperation, treating our customers as we would wish to be treated.
Above all, we will encourage the practice of responsible borrowing, where borrowers understand lenders have a responsibility to treat them fairly and with integrity, but they too, have a responsibility to be good borrowers who repay their obligations whenever possible. This includes understanding that being a good borrower means not allowing obligations to become excessive. We believe in personal financial responsibility for ourselves and our clients.
